Bombardier Enters into Master Invoice Discounting Facility

Bombardier Transportation UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bombardier Inc., entered into a Master Invoice Discounting Facility—backed in part by insurance cover—with Barclays Bank PLC for a maximum aggregate amount of approximately $120 million. The deal closed on January 30, 2003. Bombardier was represented by François Dupuis of Ogilvy Renault in London. Barclays Bank was represented by John Davies of Simmons & Simmons.
