On November 29, 2002, Bombardier Luxembourg Finance S.A. established a Euro 1 Billion Euro Commercial Paper Programme guaranteed by Bombardier Inc. The Lux ECP Programme was arranged by Citibank Internation plc and the other dealers under the Programme include ABM AMRO Bank N.V., Barclays Bank PLC, Bayerische Landesbank, Fortis Bank nv-sa and Societe Generale. The Issuer and Guarantor were represented by Peter Noble of Ogilvy Renault in London, Paul Raymond and Jules Charette of Ogilvy Renault in Montreal and Daniel Desjardins, Vice President, Legal Services and Guy Dionne of Bombardier. Martine Elvinger of Elvinger, Hoss & Prussen acted as Luxembourg counsel to the Issuer and Guarantor while Marc Huot of Stikeman Elliot in Montreal represented the dealers.
