Bombardier Transportation Renews $1.2 Billion Outsourcing Agreement

On June 17, 2008, Bombardier Transportation, an operating group of Bombardier Inc., and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) of Falls Church, Virginia, renewed their information technology (IT) outsourcing agreement. The new seven-year, $1.2 billion (€765 million) contract, which has an incremental value of approximately $944 million (€610 million), is an extension and expansion of services that began under a 2002 contract that was valued at $700 million over seven years.

Bombardier was represented in-house by Iris Weber, Director Contract Management, Information Services of Bombardier Transportation global headquarters located in Berlin, Germany assisted by Charles-A. Tessier and Guy Rouleau of BCF LLP in Montréal. CSC was represented by Senior Legal Counsel Margaret McDonald.
