Broccolini Construction (Ontario) Inc. and Canderel Management Inc., as co-developers, acquired a downtown Ottawa site on February 12, 2009, consisting of an 11-building property portfolio for the purpose of redeveloping and constructing a 19-storey, 520,000 square foot office tower to be the new head office for Export Development Canada (EDC). The estimated project value is in excess of $150 million.
