The Notes were offered through a syndicate of agents led by CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and TD Securities Inc., and included Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc.
