On August 24, 2001, CAE Inc. completed the acquisition from Schreiner Luchtvaart Groep BV of the Netherlands of all the shares of Schreiner Aviation Training BV for a purchase price of approximately $260 million. CAE is the world's provider of simulation and control technologies for training and optimization solutions in aerospace, defence and forestry.
