CAI Capital Partners II, along with certain members of the current senior management of Dynaplas Ltd., acquired Dynaplas and Dynalease Ltd., the Toronto-based manufacturers of plastic injection-moulded auto parts. The share purchase transaction was financed by way of an equity and convertible debt investment by the CAI fund and management investors, and a term loan and working capital facility provided by CIBC. The deal closed on March 11, 2003 and its terms are confidential.
