Business Transformation Services Inc. (BTS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Canada (CGE&Y), purchased Ontario Power Generation Inc.’s (OPG) 49 per cent share of New Horizon System Solutions LP (NHSS). The agreement finalizes a nine-year, nearly $1 billion outsourcing agreement between NHSS and OPG. The deal closed on April 9, 2002.
