Capital Communications CDPQ Inc. (a subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec), Lakeshore Entertainment Corp., Lakeshore International Corp. and Mosaic Media Group, Inc. invested in Lakeshore Entertainment Group LLC. This newly formed company will be involved in production, distribution and other commercial activities relating to motion pictures, television programming, music and other audio-visual and media products. The deal closed on August 15, 2002 and its value is confidential.
