Cedar Fair, Magnum Management and Canada's Wonderland Enter into US$1.45B Senior Secured Credit Facility

On July 29, 2010, Cedar Fair L.P., Magnum Management Corporation and Canada's Wonderland Company entered into a senior secured credit agreement providing the borrowers with term and revolving facilities in the aggregate principal amount of US$1,450,000,000. The facilities are agented by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

Cedar Fair L.P. is a publicly traded partnership based in Sandusky, Ohio. Canada's Wonderland Company is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Cedar Fair L.P. and operates Canada's Wonderland, located in Vaughan, Ontario.
