On July 17, 2000, Boston-based ChannelWave Software, Inc., who provides business partner and customer loyalty solutions to a wide range of corporate clients, acquired DRUMS, Inc., an extranet solutions company which builds web-based, intelligent selling systems.
DRUMS was represented by Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. C. Ian Kyer led a Toronto team consisting of Richard E. Johnston, John Beardwood, Sanjay Kutty and Sean Stevens, with William J. Bies providing tax advice.
