Canadian Hotel Income Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CHIP REIT) completed the issuance of $60 million of subordinated convertible debentures on November 30, 2004. The underwriting syndicate was led by Scotia Capital Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. and Canaccord Capital Corp. The debentures trade on the TSX.
