On August 30, 2022, Clackamas County, Oregon reached financial close on the Clackamas County Courthouse PPP project to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a new county courthouse.
Fengate PCL Progress Partners—a consortium consisting of Fengate Capital, PCL Construction, Honeywell International, and DLR Group—was selected as the County’s P3 partner on the project in July 2022.
Groundbreaking for the project took place on February 3, 2023, with construction scheduled for completion in 2025.
