On June 29, 2004 Clean Power Income Fund completed a public offering of an aggregate principal amount of $55 million of 6.75 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due December 31, 2010. The debentures are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and are convertible into units of the fund.
