CLO Trust Securitization

The Toronto-Dominion Bank and CLO Trust recently closed an innovative securitization transaction involving cash flows from the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio. The transaction involved over $700 million of the Bank’s commercial loan facilities. McCathy Tétrault acted for the Toronto-Dominion Bank and CLO Trust. The McCarthy’s team was comprised of F.
