Colliers Macaulay Nicolls purchased the 50 per cent stake in Colliers Jardine Holdings Ltd. (CJH) held by its joint venture partner Jardine Pacific Holdings Limited. CJH employs over 1600 direct staff and provides real estate brokerage and property valuation services in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, China, India, Republic of Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Malaysia. The deal closed on December 31, 2001, and its value is US$21 million.
