Toronto-based Constellation Software Inc. acquired all the shares of Richmond Hill, Ontario-based Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. The deal closed on June 2, 2003 and its value is undisclosed. Constellation acquires and builds high market share, mission-critical vertical market software companies in growing markets. Gary Jonas Computing is a provider of integrated software systems for club, hotel, construction and service billing industries.
