Cott Corporation completed its acquisition of AquaTerra Corporation (AquaTerra), a portfolio company of Birch Hill Equity Partners Management Inc. (Birch Hill), for approximately $62 million. The acquisition was funded using cash on hand and borrowings under Cott’s asset based lending facility.
AquaTerra is Canada’s oldest and largest direct-to-consumer home and office water delivery business that delivers premium brands of water, coffee and tea, refreshments, and break room supplies.
Cott Corporation is one of the world’s largest producers of beverages on behalf of retailers, brand owners and distributors.
