On October 15, 2015, CPI Card Group Inc. (the Company) completed its initial public offering of 17,250,000 shares of common stock at US$10.00 per share, including 2,250,000 shares of common stock sold by certain existing stockholders upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option.
The common stock began trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market and the TSX on October 9, 2015, under the ticker symbols “PMTS” and “PNT,” respectively.
BMO Capital Markets, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and CIBC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering, and Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, William Blair & Company, L.L.C, Raymond James Ltd, Scotiabank and GMP Securities L.P. acted as co-managers for the offering.
