On December 17, 2002, CIBC World Markets Inc., as co-lead arranger (with RBC Capital Markets Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC) and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as administrative agent, provided to Celestica Inc. and to certain of its subsidiaries, the amendment and restatement of credit agreements governing a 364-day revolving term credit facility of up to US$500 million and a four-year revolving term credit facility of up to US$500 million.
