National Bank of Canada (as administrative agent, underwriter, arranger and lender) and Rabobank Nederland Canadian Branch, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd. (Canada), The Toronto-Dominion Bank and La Caisse centrale Desjardins du Québec (each as lenders) made a $130 million credit facility available to Canada Bread Company, Limited on October 12, 2001.
