NOVA Chemicals Corporation completed arrangements with a syndicate of lenders on April 2, 2003, providing for a multi-tranche credit facility totalling US$375 million.

The syndicate of lenders included TD Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC, General Electric Capital Canada Inc., The Bank of Nova Scotia, Citibank Canada and Bank One, NA, Canada Branch. The lenders were represented by Rick Borden and Howard MacKichan of Macleod Dixon LLP.
