On November 12, 2003, Creststreet 2003 (II) LP closed a $25 million public offering of units, pursuant to a prospectus dated October 29. The partnership will invest the funds raised in the flow-through securities of resource issuers that are engaged in oil and gas, mining or renewable energy exploration and development in Canada.
