Desjardins and CGI Expand Business Outsourcing

Desjardins Group and CGI Group Inc. announced on December 13, 2002, the extension and expansion of their existing business process outsourcing contract for payroll services. In addition to a 10-year contract extension, which is valued at $200 million and CGI will continue to be responsible for payroll processing for the Desjardins electronic payroll services division, CGI and Desjardins will begin jointly marketing their payroll services offering.
