On August 14, 2007, DPF India Opportunities Fund (the Fund) completed its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units (Units) at a price of $10.00 per Unit, each unit consisting of one trust unit (Trust Unit) and one trust unit purchase warrant, for gross proceeds of $250 million. The Fund is a closed-end investment trust that was established with the primary objective of investing in securities of private and public companies in India. Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd., a division of DundeeWealth Inc., is the Manager of the Fund.
