On June 21, 2004, Dundee REIT completed a $75 million bought deal offering of 6.5 per cent convertible unsecured subordinate debentures with an $11.25 million green shoe. The underwriting syndicate was co-led by TD Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc., and included CIBC World Markets Inc., Dundee Securities Corp., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Trilon Securities Corp. and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc.
