On October 31, 2003, Rochester, Michigan-based DURA Automotive Systems, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries, including DURA Automotive Systems (Canada), Ltd., entered into an amended and restated credit agreement with Bank of America, NA, as collateral agent and syndication agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, as administrative agent, and certain other financial institutions, which provides for credit facilities in the amount of US$323.125 million.
