On November 23, 2000, Dynacare Inc. completed its US$50 million initial public offering and concurrent TSE and NASDAQ listings. The offering involved 5 million common shares priced at $10 each, through a syndicate of underwriters led by UBS Warburg. Dynacare is a Canadian company engaged in the clinical laboratory testing business in Canada and the United States, and is the third largest independent provider of clinical laboratory testing services in North America.
