On May 7, 2002, Export Development Canada (EDC) completed a $500 million offering of 5.80 per cent notes. The notes were offered for sale through an underwriting syndicate led by Scotia Capital Inc. that included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
