On Jan. 8, EHC Global announced that it had completed its sale to Prysmian Group for $130 million.
Established in Canada in 1977, EHC Global is a global manufacturer and supplier of escalator handrails, rollers, elevator belts, strategic components and integrated solutions for the vertical transportation industry. EHC Global also provides a comprehensive range of maintenance and installation services for escalators and moving walkways. Both EHC Global and Prysmian Group’s Draka Elevator are well-established and highly-respected brands within the global elevator and escalator industry.
