On February 2, 2007 Enbridge Inc., a leader in energy transportation and distribution in North America and internationally, completed a $532.1 million public offering of its common shares. The offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by Scotia Capital Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc. and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., TD Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., HSBC Securities Canada Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., Morgan Stanley Canada Limited, Canaccord Capital Corporation, Desjardins Securities Inc. and FirstEnergy Capital Corp.
