On November 22, 2005, EnerVest Diversified Income Trust completed an exchange offer under which EnerVest issued approximately 15.6 million of its trust units at a price of $7.23 per unit in exchange for units of various income, royalty and real estate investment trusts and limited partnerships, all of which such issuers are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The aggregate value of EnerVest units issued under the offering was approximately $113 million.
