Garda Security Group Inc. completed the refinancing of its existing credit facilities. The new credit facility of $275 million consists of $100 million revolving credit facility, $65 million three-year term loan and a $110 million four-year term loan. This facility was made available by a banking syndicate led by The Toronto Dominion Bank, as Administrative Agent, GE Capital and Desjardins Capital Markets, as Syndication Agents and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, as Documentation Agent.
