On December 31, 2004, Gaz Métro Limited Partnership completed the purchase of the interest held by Société générale de financement du Québec (SGF) in the Intragaz Group, a group specializing in underground natural gas storage facilities and the operator of the only two such facilities in Quebec, for a purchase price of $90 million, subject to customary adjustments.
