On October 31, 2003, Gaz Métropolitain, inc. completed a new issue of $125 million principal amount of series I first mortgage bonds due October 31, 2033 guaranteed by Gaz Métropolitain and Company, Limited Partnership. National Bank Financial Inc. led the syndicate of dealers, which included CIBC World Markets Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Casgrain & Company Limited, RBC Dominion Securities Inc., TD Securities Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc. and Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.
