GE Capital Canada Funding Company issued a total of $1.15 billion of medium term notes in two tranches, $850 million on February 6, 2003, and $300 million on February 28, 2003. All notes are guaranteed by General Electric Capital Corporation. GE issued $850 million of 4.35 per cent notes due February 6, 2006, and an additional $300 million of extendible floating rate notes due February 28, 2005, subject to extension up to February 28, 2008.
