Genesee and Wyoming Inc. refinanced its existing American and Canadian credit facilities and entered into a fourth amended and restated revolving credit and term loan agreement with a syndicate of lenders led by Fleet National Bank on October 31, 2002. The agreement provides for a facility in the amount of US$250 million including a US$27 million facility available to its Canadian subsidiary, Quebec Gatineau Railway Inc.
