On March 5, 2007, Geosign Group Holdings Inc. of Guelph, Ontario and Geosign Technologies Inc. of Barbados completed a US$160 million private financing from American Capital Strategies, Ltd. Geosign is one of the top 50 online publishers with over 180 websites in 20 categories, whose expertise in developing consumer websites and search marketing attracts over 35 million unique visitors to its network of sites on a monthly basis. Proceeds from the financing will be used for working capital, strategic growth initiatives and shareholder liquidity.
