GH Group, Mercer Park business combination for California's biggest cannabis brand-building platform

On June 29, GH Group, Inc., one of the fastest-growing, vertically integrated cannabis and hemp companies in the U.S., completed its business combination with Mercer Park Brand Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), to create Glass House Brands Inc. The subordinate, restricted and limited voting shares and warrants of Glass House are approved for listing on the NEO Exchange under the symbols GLAS.A.U and GLAS.WT.U, respectively, and have commenced trading on July 5.

Glass House is the largest, vertically integrated brand-building platform in California, the world’s largest cannabis market. The company’s greenhouse has the largest cultivation capacity of any cannabis operator in the U.S. Its retail footprint is expected to reach 23 operational dispensaries by H1 2022, more than double the next largest retail operator.
