Glamis Gold Ltd., a gold producer with mines in California, Nevada and Honduras, completed a $57,000,000 equity offering on November 9, 2001. Ten million common shares, at $5 per share were taken down by the Toronto Underwriting Group, comprised of Research Capital Corporation, BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and National Bank Financial, on October 30, 2001, and an over-allotment option for 1,500,000 common shares at $5 each was exercised on November 9, 2001. The offering was registered in all provinces of Canada and with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States. Glamis is a British Columbia company, with its head office in Reno, Nevada.
