Gold Wheaton Gold Corp. completed a public offering on March 5, 2009 of 460 million units, with each unit comprised of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $115 million. The syndicate of underwriters was co-led by Paradigm Capital Inc., Canaccord Capital Corporation and GMP Securities L.P., and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc.
