Private equity firm, Granite Partners II Limited Partnership, along with certain investors and senior management of Sibley & Associates, Inc., made a major investment in Sibley & Associates, a Burlington-based disability management company, on September 11, 2003. The share purchase transaction was financed by way of an equity and debt investment by Granite Partners II, certain investors and Sibley management, and a term loan and working capital facility provided by TD Bank.
