Graphic Packaging International Canada, ULC, a subsidiary of Graphic Packaging International, Inc., pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement entered into on December 10, 2014, with Cascades Canada ULC and Cascades Inc., completed the acquisition of folding carton converting and paperboard mill assets of Norampac, a division of Cascades Canada ULC on February 4, 2015. The facilities comprise two mills located in East Angus, Québec and Jonquière, Québec and three folding carton converting facilities located in Winnipeg, Manitoba; Mississauga, Ontario and Cobourg, Ontario.
