On October 20, 2003, Greater Essex County District School Board issued $5.1 million 6.33 per cent 20-year amortizing debentures, and 2.3 million 6.42 per cent 25-year amortizing debentures, for the aggregate principal amount of $8 million. The underwiters, Ollerhead Christie & Company Ltd., were represented by Heather Douglas of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.
