On October 13, 2005, the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) renewed its medium-term notes program with the filing of a short-form base shelf prospectus qualifying the issuance of up to $2.5 billion of medium term notes.The GTAA subsequently completed an issue of $350 million 10-year medium term notes, which closed on October 26, 2005.
