G.T.C. Transcontinental Group Ltd. completed a transaction for the offering of $138,039,525 of class A subordinate voting shares on June 25, 2002. A short-form prospectus dated June 14, 2002 qualified the sale of three million class A subordinate voting shares issued by the corporation and of 507,993 class A subordinate voting shares by way of a secondary offering. The offering was underwritten on a bought deal basis by Scotia Capital Inc. Based in Montreal, G.T.C. Transcontinental is one of the largest commercial printers in North America.
