On July 16, 2018, H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity investment firm with more than $25 billion of equity capital under management, through one of its portfolio companies Town & Country Holdings, Inc., completed the acquisition of Montréal-based Textiles Amalgamated Inc., a leading supplier of window treatments and hardware.

Debt financing was provided by Israel Discount Bank of New York, while Richter Advisory Group Inc. acted as the financial advisor to Textiles Amalgamated Inc. in connection with the transaction.
