On October 27, 2010, Homburg Canada Real Estate Investment Trust (the “REIT”) closed a public offering of 7,772,100 units of the REIT (the “Units”). The Units were priced at $11.00 per Unit, for total gross proceeds of $85,493,100.
The Units were offered on a bought deal basis by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by TD Securities Inc., CIBC and Desjardins Securities Inc. and including Scotia Capital Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Beacon Securities Ltd. and Dundee Securities Corporation.
