On June 18, 2004, Husky Energy Inc. issued US$300 million of 6.15 per cent notes due 2019 under its previously filed US$1 billion base shelf prospectus filed in June 2002. The public offering was completed by a syndicate of underwriters led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Subsequent to the completion of the offering, Husky Energy filed a new US$1 billion base shelf prospectus.
