Hydro One Inc. and Hydro One Limited (collectively, Hydro) recently entered into new unsecured revolving term credit facilities totalling $1,050,000,000 with a syndicate of Canadian lenders represented by Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), as administrative agent, The Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) as syndication agent and RBC Capital Markets and BNS as co-lead arrangers and joint bookrunners. The credit facilities are to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. Hydro One Inc. is the largest electricity transmission and distribution company in Ontario.
